Pet friendly and was close to everything!

"Place is exactly as described. Inside is nice and new feeling, quality finishes. Outside is a little run down, but common for places right by the beach. We liked that it was pet friendly and was close to everything. Highly recommend driving to Fort Pickens ($25 for 7 days) because beach access near the condo is really crowded. Beaches at Ft Pickens are incredible and less crowded. Pool is older but still nice to take a dip. Worked for our small family! Something to note it is there are no beach towels and not much beach “stuff” like many condos provide. Also, as another review mentioned, this comes with just a couple days’ worth of supplies, no spices or other basics, which we knew before booking so we were fine with fine with it."

"Great location. Walking distance to most beach locations. Sabine Harbor was right there and fun to paddle board. The building is a bit run down to include the pool, but the unit was nice inside. Nothing prevented us from having a great time. Worth the money."
