Our condos all have fully equipped kitchens. Some units also feature a private grill on each balcony. Besides bringing food to cook, beach towels and sunscreen are always a plus, and don’t forget your camera to capture your amazing experiences. Is Beach Club an independently owned and operated property, or it is part of a family of resorts?
Beach Club Resort is an independent condominium resort. Beach Club consists of 92 Gulf front luxury, quality construction condominiums. Those accommodations are rented to vacation travelers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Are there any Resort Policies that I should be aware of prior to arrival?
Yes. Guest should familiarize themselves with the following information. It is also available in the reservation confirmation email.
GUEST POLICY: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and occupy the condo. Photo ID and a valid credit card in the reservation holders' name will be required at the time of check-in.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. At that time you will be given property access codes, keys, directions, and complete the check-in process. Delays may occur during peak periods as we carefully prepare your accommodations for your arrival. Please plan accordingly. Check-out time is prior to 10:00 a.m.
NO SHOW POLICY: Reservations that do not arrive as scheduled will result in forfeiture of all payments made to date. Rates and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
SMOKING POLICY: No smoking is allowed in the unit. Evidence of smoking within a unit, including the odor of smoke, will incur the cost of cleaning and deodorizing as a charge to the credit card on file, with a minimum fee of $250.
ACCOMMODATIONS: We will attempt to honor all requests, however, we reserve the right to select alternate accommodations without notice as deemed necessary.
HOUSEKEEPING: Your reservation includes cleaning upon departure. As a courtesy to our housekeepers, here are a few things asked of all guests before departure: ensure sure all trash is placed in outside trash cans, place dishes in the dishwasher, lock all doors and windows, and place all furniture back in its place.

PARKING: Vehicle parking permits are required. Please refrain from parking around or behind the tower. Trailers, motorcycles, boats, or RVs are not permitted on the property. Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests. Vehicles without parking permits will not be allowed to remain on the property. Violators will be asked to park elsewhere or may be towed at the owner's expense.

There is a pay-to-park facility operated by Premium Parking (
PremiumParking.com) located next door for trailers, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and other similar vehicles. Additionally, those with trailers, motorcycles, boats, or RVs can also park near the beach ball water tower on Pensacola Beach.

Beach Club also boasts an onsite spa, Aqua Spa at Beach Club Resort. Traditional spa and body treatments, which include massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, and more are offered by our skilled staff. We use the finest natural products to help you relax and unwind with ease.
What sports and activities are available on Pensacola Beach?
Sugar-white sand and emerald-hued water define this eight-mile stretch of Florida’s Santa Rosa barrier island, but Pensacola Beach is much more than a beautiful beach escape, it’s also an exciting hub of watersports recreation, with fishing, kayaking, swimming, and two beach parks. Are pets allowed?
Vacation guests are not allowed to have pets. Only resort residents/owners are allowed to have pets on the property. However, there are many available local animal boarding’s to use for your convenience.
