Premier Island Management Group is a trendsetter in the industry. We survey wages in the local job market and local job competition in addition to reviewing data provided by Department of Labor surveys to ensure that we offer competitive job wages.
Benefits
Full time year round employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Premier Island Management Group pays 65% of the Health Benefit cost for employees, their spouses and their children. Premier Island Management Group also provides a Life Insurance Policy for Employees and pays 100% of the coverage cost. Group Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance policies are also available to employees. After one year of service, employees become eligible for our 401k program which includes Safe Harbor Employer Matching Contributions. Employees also receive Paid Time Off (PTO) in addition to five paid holidays annually.
