Description

There's nothing better than the surf, sand, and sunshine of Pensacola Beach. This phenomenal home gives you access to all three! Located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, you'll have plenty of opportunities for family fun!

This expansive beach home sleeps up to fourteen guests with five oversized bedrooms and four bathrooms. The second level of this home features four bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and lounge area and connects to the bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Three other bedrooms are on the second level; each features a full-size bathroom. There is an additional bedroom on the ground level with two queen beds.

The wrap-around balcony features numerous comfortable outdoor seating options, from lounge chairs to outdoor sofas--perfect for cozying up with your favorite beverage while watching the sunset over the Gulf.

The home's floor plan features an open living area with an oversized couch and flat-screen tv. Adjacent to the living room is the spacious kitchen. You will love the luxurious kitchen, equipped with a Viking gas stove, two ovens and a deep fryer. And with seating for eight at the table with additional seating, making space for hungry guests is never a problem.

The fun doesn't stop once the sun goes down. The crew can enjoy hours of fun playing ping pong and foosball in the garage. There is also a washer and dryer and a full-size refrigerator in the garage.

Just a few miles down the road, you'll find the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk full of restaurants and shopping for the whole family to enjoy.

"I just want to take a minute to commend Carrie with Premier Island Management. There was an issue with the original reserved property, but Carrie went above and beyond to accommodate us, and saw that we were taken care of in another property that actually ended up working out much better for our situation!! She was a total sweetheart and was quick to respond to and address any questions or concerns that arose. She really made our trip to Pensacola Beach a very special one for us! Between the accommodations, the pristine beauty of the beach and National Seashore, the friendliness of the FL folks, and the amazing Blue Angels & Thunderbirds homecoming airshow....this was one of, if not THE best vacations I've ever had in my life I promise! We cannot wait until next year when we can return to that little slice of paradise on the Emerald Coast!! Thank you again Carrie and the Premier management crew!!"

"This house was the perfect size four our extended family as we came to celebrate a wedding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The water was hot, the deck was huge. There was easy access to the pedestrian walkway to the beach. Having coffee on the balcony was perfect way to start our day. We had a nice big table to share our family breakfast before heading off to wedding events. We all wished we could have stayed one more day."

"If you are looking for a clean and roomy rental on the beach, look no further. The amenities in the home were unending. We found the house to be very clean, with spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen. The perfect venue for a large family or group of friends to enjoy a vacation. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. You are surrounded by beautiful homes and there are many local restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity. We have plans to book this same house next year."

"The location is absolutely perfect, just steps from the walkway to the beach! We have 5 young children, so the close proximity made it extremely easy to go back and forth during the day. The house was the perfect size with a very spacious dining & living area. There are a few beach toys available and chairs which was nice that we didn’t have to pack ours as well. We had the best family vacation and cannot wait to return to Sea Breeze again soon!"

"Excellent place. Lots of room, lots of parking. Stones throw from beach, but view limited by other house. Very clean and furnished. You probably need to bring blankets if you feel you’ll need them as there are only very light covers, however, heat and a/c work fine. Plenty of kitchenware, but no crockpot. 2 king bed rooms have ensuite bathrooms other rooms shared, but very close and nice. All in all a very nice, very reasonably priced place to stay."

“You can expect a clean house with a prime location about 30 seconds from the beach. It is only 2.5 miles from all of the restaurants and bars. My friends and I stayed here for six days and had no complaints whatsoever. You do not need to bring any beach equipment either; it was all provided.”

“Stayed here for a month as a winter retreat from the cold and change of pace from being stuck at home during COVID-19. The house was spacious enough for our entire family and was perfect for our 1-year-old to run around on the balcony (once some temporary walls were improvised). The location was right off the beach and we would go down 1-2 times per day when the weather permitted. Would recommend to our friends to do it again.”
