Located just steps from the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is the ultimate location for breathtaking beachfront views.

This spacious condo has ample room for guests to relax. The open living room features two leather couches (one is a queen sleeper sofa), a plush leather seat, and plenty of room to stretch out and watch the large flat-screen TV. Wall-to-wall windows invite you to soak up the beautiful natural light and ocean views.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to make you feel at home. Enjoy meals together around the dining room table, or step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy them with a stunning view of the Gulf.

With three bedrooms and three full baths, there's space to accommodate eight guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king-sized four-poster bed, dresser, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Guests can also access the gulf front balcony from this room. Making it the perfect space to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach.

The second bedroom features a king-sized four-poster bed, dresser, closet, flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The third bedroom also features a king-sized bed, full dresser, closet and flat-screen TV. A third bathroom is located in the hallway.

A full laundry/storage room is located just off the kitchen. Free WiFi is available.

The Regency boasts the longest beachfront per unit, so there is plenty of room! The oversized pool is heated from March - October, and a full fitness center is located near the office on the 1st floor. Under the office, near the pool area, is a handy storage space where you can place your beach toys and chairs for the week.

In addition to the food and drinks at Juana's Pagodas or Lagerheads on the Gulf, you can enjoy the longest pier on the Florida Gulf Coast, Navarre Beach Marine Science Station with summer camps for kids, three artificial diving/snorkeling reefs, and the sea turtle conservation center. Panhandle Butterfly House is located just across the sound at Santa Rosa Park.

A paved bike/walking path runs the island's length and continues through the National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

"Very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The balcony was fabulous with 2 great tables and 8 chairs so everyone can enjoy the views. Kitchen was good and has a coffee maker that can handle coffee grounds and filter OR K pods. We could have left our Keurig at home! We had covered parking and the elevators were fast. The pool was a nice alternative! Restaurants nearby were good, and grocery stores were just across the bridge a little way! The beach was great, and we have stayed at many beach condos. Overall, A+!!"

"Our condo was beautiful and clean, with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony while watching the dolphins. The elevator wait was much shorter than in other places where we had stayed. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider staying again in the future."

"The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The condo is quite spacious and very clean. The bathrooms could use some updating and there were some cooking items that would have been good to have (like lids for the pots), but everything was clean and functional. We had a small mix-up with the parking pass and some of the info...but they communicated with us in a very timely manner so that was just a small hiccup. Would definitely recommend this listing."
