As you step inside the primary floor, you'll be greeted by a bright, airy living space adorned with tasteful coastal decor and an oversized L-shaped couch, destined to become your crew’s favorite spot for unwinding and socializing.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, perfect for whipping up delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table or outside on the breezy balcony.

The primary floor also hosts two guestrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds and their own bathrooms. Ascend to the third floor to discover the primary bedroom and wet bar. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, balcony access with breathtaking Gulf views, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is the fourth bedroom, outfitted with two sets of bunk beds – one with two full-size beds and the other with two twin-size beds. Additionally, a convenient wet bar with a small fridge and a spacious patio deck with lounge chairs offer the perfect combination for a day of fun in the sun.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided for your use during your stay.

Great property, nice area & everything we needed!

"We really enjoyed the property. We were a family of nine including grandparents, grown children and grandchildren. We enjoyed all of the outdoor seating areas and the closeness to the beach. It was a very nice area and close to everything we needed as far as restaurants, entertainment for the grandkids, and grocery needs. Carrie was a pleasure to work with, always prompt with responses to my many questions. I would book the property again.

"We had 6 adults and 4 teens. This place was perfect! Plenty of room and easy walk to beach. We used golf carts to ride to stores and restaurants. The access to the pier at the bay easy to get to and had a nice small beach area to walk."

"In town for a family member's wedding. It was planned since last year so me and 6 other family members found this place on vrbo. We ended up with 8 family members staying instead of 12. The house slept 8 easily and could have slept 12. The neighborhood was excellent and beach access was right across the street. The house was only 4 min from the beach wedding site and 10 min from the reception site which were all on what I call beaches row. The only drawback that I have is not related to the beautiful house but to parking in town. We were only 7 min from eateries and shopping but parking and traffic were a nightmare, especially on weekends. The house is gorgeous and well kept and we all enjoyed our stay."

The communication with the property manager was great and quickly responded to anything we needed... Overall I would definitely stay here again in the future!"

The community is very nice and quiet and the rental process end-to-end couldn't be easier. This was our second time visiting and we'll definitely be back."

"We had a great time at this house! The option to have a pool so close by was such a benefit. Since the week that we stayed there was a ton of seaweed in the water on the beach. Having a shower at the house outside and a grill available downstairs was also an additional benefit. The house was beautiful. The checkin process was super easy."

"Gorgeous home! It has three refrigerators (2 large and 1 mini fridge) it’s super close to the beach. There is a trolley pick up near the house (3 min walking distance) the trolley picks you up for free and has several different places where it can drop you off (Make sure to take your baby car seat if you have kids that require it). The pool is very clean and open from 8 AM - 9 PM. Very affordable place to stay at for a whole week it has lots of seating space, chairs, tables, the beds are super comfortable. There were lots of pans, cups, plates, and other cooking utensils. 100% recommend it. I’m impressed and will def. be returning soon. The check is is fast too and same as check out. Me and the whole fam loved it!"

“This house is absolutely adorable and a quick 5 minute walk to the gulf!! There was 10 of us all to together and we fit perfectly! Each room having their own bathroom was a huge bonus we loved! The only downfall is location but at times it’s perfect. It is a good distance from major stores than I’d you were right off the bridge however I feel like this means an area where fewer people may be on the beach because it is a good drive. The fact that we could load our wagon and within a few minutes of walking, we hit the beach is AMAZING!!”

"Very nice rental! This place was just what my family and I needed. Very spacious and neat! We had our wedding just down the street and due to the weather our venue canceled on us, but the house was perfect for a small reception with family and close friends! Just minutes from the bay beach and across the street from the gulf side made accessing the beach easier. Would definitely rent again!"

"This house is perfect! We had 12 adults and there was so much space. The house has close access to beaches on both the front and back of the house. Everything was so clean. The host was perfect and responded quickly every time. Huge beds and lots of living quarters. We will definitely be booking again!"
