For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the hallway.
The community amenities include a pool, private beach, pier, grilling area, boardwalk over a pond with a fountain and ducks, landscaped grounds, and sidewalks.

This dreamy vacation rental is just a short stroll from the famous Peg Leg Pete’s and a quick drive to the lively boardwalk, boutique shopping, and bars/restaurants. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, everything you need is within easy reach.

This unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access.

**Please be aware that Baywatch condominium complex is currently undergoing exterior building repairs. During this time, you may experience construction equipment and workers present. Amenity restrictions, including but not limited to, balcony access may apply at times. The project is anticipated to be completed in Winter 2024. "Newly renovated condo in an amazing location. Walking distance to the bay and beach. The back patio overlooked the bay area and fishing pier. The pool was centrally located and close to the condo. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Extremely clean. Washer and dryer in the unit. Keypad entry, so no keys to carry around. Easy to park with 2 assigned spaces. You do have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to enter the condo, which may be difficult for some. Overall, it was a great family vacation in a very nice condo. We hope to visit again soon! "
