While our unit is not Gulf-front, the beach is just steps from the front door, and the first pool awaits off the back patio, with a second pool situated at the rear of the property. Guests have exclusive access to both pools on the property.

The area offers fitness enthusiasts a dreamland of opportunities for runners and cyclists, with a paved path stretching over 20 miles along the beach. If relaxation is on your agenda, head to the nearby boardwalk and pier, where a variety of restaurants and bars await. Enjoy the marina's scenic views, complete with a swimming area, jet ski rentals, boat and pontoon rentals, charter boats for fishing and dolphin sightseeing, and parasailing. For family fun, Laguna’s offers a range of activities, from zip lines and ropes courses to go-karts, all complemented by a full-size kitchen and bar.

"My family of 4 and 2 friends and our golden doodle came to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a great relaxing stay! The beach access was an easy walk. We had a couple of small issues at condo but the staff quickly sent maintenance over and Mark fixed everything quickly and was very nice! Would definitely stay again!!"

"We love staying here! We have stayed here two years in a row with no issues. This place is quiet and walking distance to the beach. This townhouse is now managed by a management company and you have to pick up and drop off the garage remote. It’s very easy and it’s not out of the way. After-hour check-in was a breeze!"
