How can I receive Premier Benefits?

Guests who book their stay direct through Premier Island Management Group (PIMG) are extended special amenities and discounts not offered to other guests. Benefits include 10% off beach chair set-ups, 10% off dolphin cruises, 10% off bike rentals, and many other outstanding perks. 

What should I bring with me to the our beach home?

Our condos all have fully equipped kitchens. Some units also feature a private grill on each balcony. Besides bringing food to cook, beach towels and sunscreen are always a plus, and don’t forget your camera to capture your amazing experiences.  All premier-managed properties are stocked with the following standard housekeeping amenities:

Are there any policies that guests should be aware of prior to arrival?

Yes. Guests should familiarize themselves with the following information. It is also available in the reservation confirmation email. 

GUEST POLICY: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and occupy a beach home. At the time of check-in, a photo ID and a valid credit card in the reservation holder's name will be required.
 
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. at Premier's Beach Club office location: 18 Via de Luna Drive, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561. You will be given property access codes, keys, and other related directions. Delays may occur during peak periods as we carefully prepare accommodations for guest arrivals. Please plan accordingly. Check-out time is prior to 10:00 a.m.  At the time of check-in, photo ID and a valid credit card in the reservation holders' name will be required. 
 
NO-SHOW POLICY: Guests who do not arrive as scheduled for their reservation forfeit all payments made to date.
RATES & TAXES: Rates and taxes are subject to change without prior notice. 
 
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE BEACH HOMES AND CONDOS.   
 

LATE ARRIVALS: Guests arriving after 5:00 p.m. must call in advance to make arrangements. Please call (877) 925-0965 for late arrival instructions.

CLEANING: Guest reservations include cleaning upon departure. Before departure, guests are asked to put trash in outside trash cans, put dishes in the dishwasher, lock all doors and windows, and put all furniture back in its place. 

What sports and activities are available on Pensacola Beach?

Sugar-white sand and emerald-hued water define this eight-mile stretch of Florida’s Santa Rosa barrier island, but Pensacola Beach is much more than a beautiful beach escape. It’s also an exciting hub of watersports recreation, with fishing, kayaking, swimming, and two beach parks. Laguna's Beach Bar & Grill is home to the island's most unique activities: zip rail, four clip n' climb climbing structures, a 3-story ropes course, and a waterfront go-kart track.

Are pets allowed?

Vacation guests are not allowed to have pets unless the home is listed as pet-friendly. For your convenience, there are many available local animal boardings.
