"Great location situated farther down away from the big crowds. Steps away from both the bayside and the gulf-side beaches. We brought our bikes which was a great way to get around. Great for kids and we’ll be back again."

"Gorgeous location! The views and walkability to the ocean were unbeatable. The unit was super cute and very clean. My only complaints were that the mattress on the sofa bed was not very comfortable. We ended up getting an air mattress to use during our stay. The only other challenge was that there appeared to be some renovations going on to the exterior of the unit. It didn’t affect the functionality of the unit - but it wasn’t great to look at. We were just unaware of the renovations ahead of time. Honestly though, Premier was very responsive and overall it was a really good experience. The many goods definitely outweighed the couple of bads! We would absolutely book it again!!"

"Our family had never been to pensecola and we were looking for something more quiet than Panama City. The condo on the inside was exactly like the pictures. Very updated and clean. It could use some more silverware cause there was only maybe 4 or 5 spoons and forks and we had 6 staying in the condo. We also couldn’t find a dustpan to keep the floor swept up but those were minor things for us. Plenty of blankets and towels. The outside of the condo could use some cleaning but I had already seen on previous reviews that the owner is working on. We LOVED the location. It is down on the fort Pickens end of the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. It is right next to the dog park but we didn’t mind that either. It’s a very short walk across the road and the road was never busy so it wasn’t a bother. There are about 3 sets of stairs to walk up to get in the room but we prefer that over fighting for elevators(which is what we were used to). Parking was very convenient as well. No fighting for a parking spot. The pool was right outside our door. I was concerned it would be loud but it never was crowded and we didn’t hear any loud noise.. Being able to walk from the bay side or the beach was very neat and the kids loved it. The property over all was quite and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at La Bahia for almost a week. The condo was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, perfect for our small family. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable. You will be steps away from the water, with beaches walking distance on both directions of the condo. It even has access to its own private bay side beach, which to us was a plus to be away from large crowds and truly be able to relax."
