This 1871 square feet condo is spacious and has been completely remodeled. The open floor plan features an oversized island with granite countertops and seating at both islands for 6 guests. The designer kitchen is complete with new stainless-steel appliances, pot filler, and is fully equipped for any occasion. The open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room are all together with a wall of windows that gives the condo a very bright and airy feeling.

The primary suite overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and has access to the main balcony. The en-suite bathroom is new with a double sink marble vanity, huge walk-in shower, a corner makeup vanity, and plenty of cabinet space. The second suite has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large closet, and its own private balcony overlooking the beautiful Pensacola Bay. The third bedroom has a king bed, desk, and a bathroom with marble vanity.

**Please be aware that Emerald Dolphin condominium complex is undergoing an exterior renovation project. The project is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2024. During this time, you may experience construction equipment and workers present, as well as some minor inconveniences such as limited parking available. "We had a great time! The view is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and there’s a great amount of seating. We stayed in winter and the only con was the hot water took quite a while to get to temp for showers. Everything else was great! There are a lot of nice touches, cute decor and higher-end electronics. The beach is right across the street so definitely walkable and food/stores are a short drive. Highly recommend!"

"Wowed when we entered the door. Beautifully decorated condo with outstanding views of the gulf and the bay. Perfect for our five-adult family. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. 24-hour convenience store right next door. Five-minute walk across the street to the beach. The parking slot in the garage was very tight for our rental vehicle, but it was a large vehicle. The only thing missing was maybe some beach towels. Thanks for allowing us to stay here."

"The property was excellent. It’s really nice having 3 king-size beds and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and pretty much anything you would need. It was just across the road from the beach which was wonderful. The pool was never crowded. There is balcony access on the gulf side and the sound side. There wasn’t really anything I could complain about. We have already reserved it for next year."

"We've stayed at the Emerald Dolphin many times over the years. This condo's renovations are great, definitely helps to set it a step above many even in the same building. The views on this side of the building cannot be beat, some of the most amazing sunsets you'll find in Florida. My family had a great time, everything was smooth from start to finish. We'd definitely consider staying in this unit again in the future."

"Beautiful condo, very spacious, very clean and very well equipped! Location great with easy access to beach and the pool is lovely and very large! The corner unit view was exceptional, a beach view you would like on vacay and a perfect place for sunset pics:) Blue Angels even flew right by our balcony one evening. Being within walking distance of Peg Legs was an added perk. We will not be looking for another place to stay in Pensacola, don’t believe there’s much better than this one out there:) and how could I almost forget the fitness facility, it was very well equipped!!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The pictures do not do the view or the condo justice, it is much prettier in person. If we were not at the beach, we were on the balcony. We will defiantly come again. "You won’t find better views on Pensacola Beach. Eight floors up with commanding views of the gulf and bay. Unit is very nicely appointed and up to date. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach cart are provided. Bring your own beach towels."
