Description

New, private pool! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach home features a wrap-around balcony with access from every bedroom. In the main living area, enjoy features such as a fully equipped kitchen and three sleeper sofas. The primary suite is an escape in itself- relax on the king-size bed or on the deck just outside. The kitchen is large with granite counters and a large island perfect for prepping your BBQ or catch of the day. Both guest bedrooms share a bath and offer queen-size beds. Outside, the beach access is just steps away, and two outdoor showers make washing off the sand convenient for each guest.

"The home was so close to the beach which was so nice not to have to drive and access at night...They supplied plenty of pool and beach toys which was so nice. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet friendly people and easy access by the sidewalk all the way to town If your looking for a nice place to just kick back relax and enjoy your family I'd highly recommend and the ladies at the front office were just the sweetest."

"The house was in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. A few minutes from lots of restaurants. Game room only accessible from outside. Two outside showers to rinse off sand and ocean water. The pool was great and got lots of use by the grandkids. We would rent this property again. The property managers were very helpful."

"Beach was super close, lots of space for 6 adults. Huge kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The pool was a plus. The game room served a dual purpose. Great for ping pong and was a great shelter when the storms came through. Lol. All in all, it was a great experience and we enjoyed it. We will definitely be back."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The beach is MUCH closer than what the pictures show. It's literally a stone's throw away from the front porch. One of the best things we loved about the home was the additional storage space in the game room beneath the home. We were able to put our beach gear down there so sand didn't get all over the main living space upstairs, and could wash off on the outdoor shower before going to the pool. We brought our 1-year-old with us and the home had everything we needed for him, including plenty of space, wifi for his monitor, and a separate room. Also, the 2nd outdoor shower upstairs off the kitchen has hot water, which is a huge plus for getting the sand off of your body without freezing. The bathrooms were amazing and the large kitchen was great for dinners. The one downfall was that the bed in the bedroom to the left of the guest bathroom was very uncomfortable for me and my wife. Other than that our stay was AMAZING!"

"So let me start with WOW! The beach was beautiful and amazing! We literally had a HUGE stretch all to ourselves! (2 beach tents, beach blanket and volleyball net and still plenty of room) The house was amazing as well, very conveniently located, super short walk to the beach, as well as everything else you could think of. Very clean and simple, nothing over the top on decor ( which we personally appreciate due to small child). We had 3 teenage girls whom shared the jack and jill set bedrooms and bath room and it was plenty of room for them!!! The large master bath was very convenient as well. Large porch was lot of fun early morning hanging out drinking coffee after a sunrise beach run!! ( a must if you can!!) As well as outdoor games and barbecue with the fam! The pool was super cute, however it was too cool for us to get in. But all in all we will definitely stay here again!!!! 100 ⭐️s!!!"

Beautifully renovated and absolutely phenomenal location. Our family spent hours in the pool and the beach, which was steps away from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and offers easy access to shops and restaurants. The living room, kitchen and roof top deck are perfect for entertaining. Easy check in and check out. We cannot wait to go back again next year!
