This 1053 SQFT 2-bedroom 2-and-a-half bath townhome is sure to give you the vacation of a lifetime. The home overlooks the canal at the back. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and stainless steel appliances.

"Premier was very easy to communicate with. They helped us when we took a wrong turn getting to the place and answered their phones until their office closing time. Everything was clean and what we expected. The location is perfect and a very short walk to the beach. Basically on the beach!"

"Very clean place, finally a clean place without those suspicious carpets encountered elsewhere before! Close and walking distance to the beach, 1min, no crossing of streets, very good for kids. Also has a handy private shower place outside under the house , fully enclosed, to get the sand off before getting into the house. Very good location, also for kids, the only item to keep in mind is that the sinks are a little higher so maybe bring a small step stool for kids under age 7. No doubt very peaceful, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Just what we wanted and needed. All as advertised. We shall be back."

"Overall it was a nice looking and very relaxing beach townhouse. Location/neighborhood was great. Neighbors were friendly. Check in was simple. Short walking distance to beach access. Grill/kitchen supplies were great to have/use. Pond in the back has lots of turtles and critters to watch from balcony. I would stay here again! Had fun!!"

"We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it! This property is perfectly located, away from the big tourist crowds and just steps from the most beautiful beach in the country. The place has been recently remodeled/refreshed with new everything, and it was VERY clean. The home is very comfortable, well-appointed, and wonderfully quiet with only lovely nature sounds. The grill on the deck was fantastic too. Bonus: if you have an electric vehicle, there is a Level 1 (standard 120v outlet) power source under the carport."

"This was such a cute place. I loved the well thought out design and layout of this place. The craftsmanship was beautiful, I love the extra little features it had like cubby holes everywhere. I definitely loved the Hall Tree in the corner, it was great for beach bags, umbrellas and shoe storage. The kitchen was beautiful, the only thing I noticed was no kureg so pack coffee grounds instead which is no big deal but most air bnbs have kuregs and I packed for that. They even have gates for toddlers or little dogs if you bring them, we didn’t have any of that but I think that’s a great feature. The beds we comfy and I loved the feather pillows. We planned a last minute trip to spread my mothers ashes in the ocean and this place was perfect. It’s a very short walk to the ocean, you walk toward the white townhomes directly in front of the condo and in the corner is a walkway to the beach. It was so beautiful and peaceful. There aren’t any major restaurants around so pack a cooler, chairs and umbrella. The condo is easy to walk back to to use the restroom. Thank you! We would highly recommend this condo. This place sleeps 6 people comfortably. Originally we had planned for 3 people but my brother and his family were able to join for the spreading of ashes, I let the management company know there would be more than originally planned but they we not concerned about that since it did hold 6 people."

"This condo is very close to the beach! it's also convenient to restaurants and downtown Pensacola. The condo was also very clean and well stocked with toiletries, kitchen items and all the amenities. It was also decently toddler friendly. There were baby gates on the front and back porch which I did not notice on the listing, but was definitely a plus. it was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend."

"Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach! The outdoor shower very handy for rinsing off after the beach. The house was clean and description accurate. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals, but we also enjoyed going out to the local restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book here again!"
