Welcome to Sunrise Views at Portofino. This Two Bedroom Gulf Front Elite rated condo has been fully updated with all new tile, updated gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new furniture throughout this beautiful home.

The expanded Terrace offers plenty of seating for you to enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Their is a grill on the terrace for you to use.

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

"We had a wonderful stay here. I grew up going to Portofino with my family, and wanted to take my own children. Check in is super easy, the room was clean with a beautiful view. Easy access to the pool and beach. I would definitely recommend!"

"Great location in relation to the beach and large patio with an ocean view. The pools/restaurant with the resort were also awesome. Nice kitchen with both Keurig and full-pot coffee maker."

“We were blown away by this place, exceeded our expectations entirely. The views are stunning and the balcony terrace was amazing. All the amenities at the resort were a huge plus. I had a broken leg for our vacation and their beach attendants had a sand wheelchair so that I could still enjoy going out to the beach even though I was injured. Service at the front desk was top-notch. We ate lunch at the main pool our last day and the service there was excellent. We would have taken advantage of more amenities had I not been injured. 100% will stay again.”

"We absolutely ADORED our stay! The best part of this room is its extra-large balcony with an outstanding view - you really can’t get much better! The place was perfectly clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances (both Keurig and drip coffee makers). The hot tub and pool were very well heated, and we were able to swim even though it was December/January. It is only a short walk downstairs to the beach, which is gorgeous with white sand and lots of shells for collecting. We traveled with a family of 4 (all adults), but the resort is peaceful and seems family-friendly. Beach chairs are available to rent but are not provided with the room. Beach towels are also not provided. I would recommend bringing extra blankets, as there are not many extra provided. The only downside to our trip was that the Pensacola Bay Bridge connecting Pensacola Beach to Pensacola was under construction due to damage from Hurricane Sally. This added 30+ minutes to our commute to the airport and also prevented us from trying restaurants in Pensacola due to the added travel time. There are plenty located directly in Pensacola Beach though, and we really enjoyed Native Cafe (lots of gluten-free options) and Crabs. Although we felt safely socially distanced at Portofino, many of the restaurants did not require masks by staff which made us uncomfortable. We were able to get takeout and eat outside though, which definitely helped! Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough!"
