Dubbed “Florida’s Most Relaxing Place,” the eight miles of Navarre Beach is located along the Santa Rosa Sound and features an idyllic blend of old shady oak trees, soft white strands, and stunning blue-green surf. Head to Navarre for some seclusion and to escape the high-rise condo hub bub of Pensacola Beach. This stretch is quiet and peaceful and features a fishing pier and several well-reviewed restaurants.

Top Things to Do at Navarre Beach:

  • Visit the longest fishing pier in Florida
  • Taste local seafood or sip a cold one at Lagerheads on the Gulf
  • Rent a sailboat, SUP, or kayak and explore the shoreline

Navarre Beach State Park

Within Navarre Beach sits a special site along the eastern end of the stretch, the 130-acre Navarre Beach State Park. Here nature lovers and recreationalists have a beachside playground offering swimming, fishing, camping, and wetland hikes.

Parking at Navarre Beach

There is ample parking along Navarre Beach. The most convenient is adjacent to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, but there is also parking west of the pier along Highway 399.
